The hotel provides spacious rooms with a separate ensuite and a good breakfast selection. However, the games are mostly broken, and there was a shortage of slippers and bathrobes. In addition, you needed to call the front desk for the morning newspaper.
I was delighted with the traditional Arabic style of the hotel, and the receptionists, especially Kristal, were both friendly and professional. Quick assistance for a late check-out was provided promptly, and I received my room key within 45 minutes of my arrival at 3:30 PM. The hotel’s spacious rooms were a real standout feature.
The rooms initially appeared a bit dark and tired but were comfortable overall. The service was excellent, with detailed assistance and a warm welcome, although an incident with the attempt to charge an unnecessary fee was a minor issue. Dining, while good with local specialties, seemed overpriced for what it offered. The facilities were adequate, catering to basic needs.
